The nurse - whose name I didn't ever get but she did have a tattoo on her neck (irrelevant but the only identifying feature I can recall) literally asked me why i was there for a bruise. If it were JUST a bruise I would not be there. It was huge and swollen.

I have never posted a bad review publicly...that I recall. I came to this location with a wrist injury. My wrist was swollen and black and blue.

The physcian at this location has been treating me for over 4 years. He has done a great job of treating and restoring me back to health. He correctly identified a condition that everyone else missed. I highly recommend Dr. Ali.

I wasn't even given discharge paperwork.

I don't have strep infact whatever I've got seems to be much worse and I'm now developing a nasty cough.

A waste of time and money. I would not recommend it, the doctor did not care about my health, he just wanted to get out for the day. Very dissapointed.

Great, in and out fast. Amazing staff and doctors.

It was about 8:15pm - 45 minutes before closing. I did watch her promptly get up and lock the door.

First of all the nurses were very kind.

The doctor was incredibly rude to me, and once I told her why I was there (she was standing by the counter, I didn't even get a chance to sign in) she refused to see me, sent me away, and recommended a different urgent care that was miles out of my way. (I ended up going to a different place where I was actually seen by a doctor and treated with respect.) I'll never go back to this joke of an urgent care again, and I'd recommend anyone seeking actual medical attention to choose literally any other option.

Today - because these people are obviously incompetent, I went to the hospital because the bruising increased and the swelling didn't go down. Didn't get an MRI but the Dr. was able to identify both a sprain and a torn ligament based on my description and the additional pain locations and numbness. Gave me a brace and discharge paperwork.

Don't waste your time with these idiots.

**update ----"it's just a bruise" turned into a fractured arm.***

The dr told me nothing was broken. Asked if I had my own bandage - I told him no. Who keeps these on them? The nurse came in and TIGHTLY wrapped it. I asked how long to keep it on and she said "I dunno - take it off tonight if you want".

First, the receptionist was rude and acted as though I were inconveniencing her life. She looked at me like I was crazy for asking for an ice pack. It's apparently considered ridiculous for a patient to assume a medical facility would have disposable ice packs.

I arrived at around 8:45 pm with symptoms of strep that had been going on for a day or so. Worst sore throat of my life and I wanted to nip whatever I was coming down with in the butt before it got worse. I saw the doctor around 8:50, he did the regular "listen to your lungs" and all that jazz and asked me what my symptoms were. I told him and he immediately prescribed me antibiotics. I asked why so fast and if he thought I had strep. He said yes you do have strep, he didn't even do the regular test that is quite quick just because they close at 9. He kicked me out basically by saying "now go run to Walgreens before it closes to get your prescription."
