Friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help you find what you are looking for. The only drawback I would say is the lack of complete TV series. They may have season 2, 4, and 6 of a TV show but the rest are missing and have never been replaced.
Love it. Perfect to go to on a lazy day, get some cheep movies for a few days, and relax. I go here all if the time with my mom. Love how they have new and classic movies!
