Quick friendly service.
I have been a multiple time customer of cooks and spent a couple of thousand dollars there and have been fairly satisfied. However I stopped by there to get help just to swap balls on a trailer hitch to get my son moved they told me maybe by the end of the day! Literally a 30 second job to help me out and they wouldn't. I will never take any of my vehicle there and will make sure my friends and family know too.
My experience with this place was amazing! They truly care about the customer. We pulled in afterhours with a flat tire down to the rim. They didn't hesitate to help and change our tire. I don't know what we would have done without them, we would have been stranded on the side of the road with a horse trailer for who knows how long. They had us in and out quickly and were so kind! I am so grateful for them and cannot say thank you enough!!!
Excellent service!! It was my first time there and I will absolutely go back. Went in for brakes and thought I needed all 4 rotors replaced. They were very upfront and honest. Turns out I only needed the rears. They could have very easily told me I needed all 4 and I would have been non the wiser. Great experience overall. I went based on the great reviews, and I'm glad I did. I'll be back.
Great service and very honest and upfront. Took my car into there with a maintenance issue, when they saw that the care was fine they did not charge me. Very honest, not just making things up for the money.
