I bought a bike for both my wife and son and got outstanding help in choosing a bike that both of them love. Brought my kids in with me and even though they were bit unruly they didn't mind and focused on helping me get what I needed. Great customer service.

South Lyon Cycle is THE best local bike shop! They have great customer service, treat you like family, take time to discuss options with you. They were even able to find & order a bike that I was looking for when everybody was outta stock. Austin is a wonderful mechanic with mad skills and a super cool personality!! He keeps my bikes in tip top shape so I spend more time riding on the trails.
What a great crew - bought a Trek from them at a fair price over a year ago; but what really makes these guys stand out is their customer service. I am not gentle on my bike by any means - but if I ever had an issue (self inflicted or not) they had me all fixed up in no time, which is invaluable if you are a passionate rider! Not to mention they do charity work at local rides and are actively involved in the community.
Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful on a wide range of topics. Store had a good variety of bikes and bike related products. The prices couldn't be beat. Found my fiancee and I the perfect bikes for us!
