Bad customer service...They will kill you with fees. Don't use your "free" account for 90 days and they start charging you $25 a month. For what...all the work that they don't have to do on it??? They even refuse to reverse the charge as a courtesy.

The manager here, I believe her name is Jody. She is horrible, no help and will hold your account hostage if she dosent like what you have to say. DO NOT bank here, I don't trust that women with my money for a second. But I will say the tellers here are wonderful!
Employees are less efficient than a pack of monkeys. Clerks don't even know what a Susan B. Anthony is or how to count $2 Bill. Glad I moved my large accounts to VIBE years ago, still don't know why I still come here for my other accounts. I'm done.
